APPLICATION

Water soluble anchor coat agent for extrusion lamination for aluminum foil, OPP, CPP, HDPE, PET film etc.

FEATURE

As compared with anchor coatings of alkyltitanate or of polyethylenimine, LASVAN 420-T has superior moisture resistance and heat stability. Heat sealing does not deteriorate its adhesion. It also has excellent adhesion affinity (wettability) with various substrates. LASVAN 420-T is popular especially for food package.

Heat sealing conditions          :     LDPE, 280°C or higher
Diluent                                :    Water and alcohol

*Only when it's diluted by water LASVAN 420-T becomes effective.
*When you'd like to speed up drying process, please use alcohol within the concentration limit of 60%. In this case, please [1] add predetermined amount of water and stir it to dissolve enough, [2] add predetermined amount of alcohol in turn and stir it. The agent turns into milk-white solution but its performance is not affected.

METHOD OF COATING

Roll coating method or bar coating method

NOTE

• Please stir the contents sufficiently before use.
• After application on any substrate, please dry out the coating. Half-dry state may cause inferior adhesion.
• The coating is removable/readherable.
• In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water.
• Please keep in a cool and dark place away from direct sunlight.
• After purchase please use up as soon as possible.
